As Legal Compliance Coordinator, Patrick is responsible for helping the organization meet all state guidelines for debt management service providers in our states of operation. This involves serving as the company liaison during regular state banking exams, reviewing current and proposed state and federal legislation pertaining to the industry, complying with state reporting requirements in states where licensed, making application for licenses in those states where the company is seeking to expand services, and conducting internal company audits for state compliance. He tirelessly works to ensure that the consumers we serve are receiving the best quality care possible.
Before starting at Family Credit Management Services, Patrick served as an administrator of several health service organizations, gaining a working knowledge of budgets and cost reimbursement. He also worked in the financial services field for several years, helping persons with their financial protection and investment needs.
Patrick graduated from Gannon University with a Master's in Business Administration. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania. Patrick is also an Accredited Credit Counselor through the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education.
Patrick currently resides in Northern Illinois with his wife.
